We recommend that you send us the file(s) on spanned DVD-R's using WinRAR.
Registered users of BKFRecovery Enterprise should send us the email address

IMPORTANT: If you are sending us a hard drive, the commercial invoice to the
courier should state that the drive send is for repair and it will be shipped
back to the original owner after repair.
